Nestling in 350 acres of lush Dorset countryside, the Canford Magna Golf Club is conveniently situated near Bournemouth and Poole, providing 45 holes of challenging golf for the most discerning players. The eighteen hole Parkland and Riverside courses are quite different and for the short game, the new nine hole Knighton course demands the same levels of playing skill.
Relax and enjoy a drink at "Spikes", the nineteenth hole, or stopping a while for that tasty morsel, everything from a light snack to the most delicious gourmet dinner are available.
The Knighton Course
This 9 hole par 3 is a great introduction to the shorter game offering holes from 95 to 235 yards. Some of the greens have even been designed with three levels making ‘finishing’ in a dramatic style. A super course which will prove to be extremely popular for those golfers with a mission.
The Parkland Course
A challenging 6,496 yard course of undulating grassland featuring a good combination of both par 3 and par 5 holes. The course was designed by an International Architect which is evident in the play of this popular 18 hole configuration.
The Riverside Course
A most challenging course constructed to the same international standards as the Parkland Course and benefiting from the River Stour which winds through several ponds and water features. The elevated greens present a challenge to the most discerning golfer making some rather tricky approaches. An 18 hole course, its length of 6,231 yards provides an excellent course for the more advanced player.
